The first fall went to the tecnicos courtesy triple prawn holds. The second fall saw the rudos take the win by making the tecnicos submit. 11/29/05 - CMLL - Pachuca, Hidalgo, MEXICO

The second fall also ended with submission holds, but this one went to the rudos. In the final fall, the tecnicos came back to life, and Skayde used his Skayde Especial pin on Castagnoli as Quack hit the Black Tornado Slam on Aspid for simultaneous pins.

11/27/05 - Arena Aficion - Pachuca, Hidalgo, MEXICO
Just a day after his PWE title match, Mike limped his way south for a week. It was trios action on the first night of Quack's most recent tour of Mexico, as he teamed with Skayde and Arana Cibernetica opposite Claudio Castagnoli, Ghost Rider and Blade. The first fall went to the tecnicos, when Mike used a Cascading Huracanrana to pin Claudio. In the second fall, Castagnoli got his revenge by pinning Quack with the Pyramid Bomb. In the deciding fall, Skayde scored the win over Blade.

11/26/05 - PWE - Mechanicsburg, PA
Mike Quackenbush challenged PWE champion Larry Sweeney for the belt first held by Quack himself. The bout went back and forth with Sweeney using every dirty trick in the book. In the process, Quack's knee was injured, and when it seemed the tide was to turn, Gran Akuma interfered by sending Mike headfirst into the ringpost, giving Sweeney an easy win following a DDT. Mike was carried to the back by fellow PWE wrestlers, unable to put his weight on his injured leg.

11/20/05 - CHIKARA - State College, PA
The trio of Mike Quackenbush, Shane Storm and Jigsaw defeated Team F.I.S.T. (Gran Akuma & Icarus) and Hallowicked in a fast-paced match that had the Penn State crowd going from start to finish. The bout wrapped with Storm using "That Japanese Move" on Icarus for the pinfall.

11/19/05 - CHIKARA - Reading, PA
The reunited Black T-shirt Squad of Reckless Youth and Mike Quackenbush came within an inch of beating Claudio Castagnoli and Arik Cannon, winners of the 2005 Tag World Grand Prix. At first, it seemed that Reckless was not in attendance, but it was just a diversion so the veteran duo of the BTS could gain the upperhand and trounce Castagnoli and Cannon. In spite of their explosive efforts, Castagnoli rolled up Reckless in the middle of the ring for the win. Post-match, Arik Cannon, a self-professed BTS fan, refused to follow Chris Hero's instructions, and then proceeded to aid the BTS in tossing Hero and Castagnoli from the ring. Cannon seemed to want to join forces with Reckless and Mike, but the long memories of the two CHIKARA founders recalled the many long months of conflict with Cannon, and were not so quick to accept his peace offering.

11/13/05 - CHIKARA - Philadelphia, PA
In back-to-back nights at the ECW Arena, Mike came up short and lost his spot in the Tag World Grand Prix 2006 when he was pinned by Claudio Castagnoli. This wild match saw Quack busting out a lot of his old-school favorites, as well as some never before seen material. Early on, Mike monkey-flipped Castagnoli over the top rope to the floor, and followed with the Sasuke Special # 2, turning it into a Swinging Frankensteiner on the floor. Quack strung together his Kangaroo Blaster with his new Stomach Tope to punish the mid-section of the giant Swiss grappler. The finish saw Quack try his flying Huracanrana, with Castagnoli countering by rotating an extra 120 degrees in the air to end up with Quack being pinned and thus eliminated from next year's tag team tournament.

11/12/05 - CZW - Philadelphia, PA
In a first time confrontation, Chris Sabin defeated Mike Quackenbush using his "Cradle Shock" in about 13 minutes. Mike dusted off his old Kangaroo Buster for this match and even scored with his Reverse Brainbuster before Sabin applied his finisher for the win.

11/5/05 - PWE - Newport, PA
Former PWE tag team champions Hallowicked and Mike Quackenbush teamed up to challenge current champs in Gran Akuma and Icarus. In this "Best 2 out of 3 Falls" contest, the first fall went to F.I.S.T. as Gran Akuma clipped out Hallowicked's legs allowing Icarus to score the pin. In the second fall, Quackenbush and Hallowicked used a double team Liger Bomb to hold down Icarus and tie the score. In the final fall of the contest, Hallowicked and Akuma brawled out into the crowd, pursued by Icarus and Quack. When the referee deciding he could not maintain control of the situation, he declared a "No Contest" and threw the match out.

10/30/05 - CHIKARA - Collegeville, PA
Mike Quackenbush joined Shane Storm and Lance Steel for a trios match under "Best 2 out of 3 Falls" regulations. The first fall went to the tecnicos when Storm used his Jackhammer on Icarus.    On the second night of the Ted Petty Invitational, Mike wrestled twice. First, he defeated his perennial rival and mentor Skayde, via a Small Package. The grueling bout took its toll on Mike, especially when Skayde avoided Mike's Corkscrew Plancha to the floor, causing Mike to crash into the first row. Mike returned in the semi-finals to face Kevin Steen, but was favoring his arm from the moment he came through the curtain. Steen wasted no time in taking advantage, punishing Mike for several minutes before knocking him out with the Package Piledriver. The appreciative crowd in Hammond gave Quack a rousing ovation on his way out.

9/23/05 - IWA Mid-South - Hammond, IN
Mike returned to IWA Mid-South for the annual Ted Petty Invitational tournament, honoring the late great of wrestling best known as Rocco Rock to ECW fans. In the opening round, Mike faced Alex Shelley, who came out dressed as Reckless Youth, and imitated the famed mannerisms of Mike's most legendary opponent. The ersatz Youth was not enough to defeat Quack, as he used the original version of the Quackendriver to advance into Night 2 in a match that lasted roughly 16 minutes.

9/17/05 - CHIKARA - Pittston, PA
Mike Quackenbush teamed with his protege Shane Storm to take on DDT's KUDO and Toryumon's Chuichiro Arai. 9/10/05 - CZW - Philadelphia, PA
In a 4-way dance match, Derek Frazier stole the CZW Junior Heavyweight title out from under Quack via a pinfall over Niles Young. An obviously annoyed Quackenbush withheld the championship belt for a moment, before finally shaking hands with Frazier and putting the belt around his waist.

This explosive match proved to be one of their finest, as both men brought their "A" games to CHIKARA's "Negative Balance." In the end, Castagnoli blocked an attempted "Tail of the Dragon" DDT from Quack, and tossed him into the air for his famed pop-up Uppercut. Quack changed directions in mid-air, hit a huracanrana, and scored the win.

In a wild atomico, Mike Quackenbush joined forces with Mexico's Equinox, as well as Sabian and Eddie Kingston to face down Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli, Arik Cannon and Gran Akuma.
