Once upon a time there where three men from far away kingdoms whose tales were legendary and known to imbeciles all
through the land. The first man was a great magician proclaiming he held the “Big Magic” (whatever that is,) the
other was a bit rough around the edges and a bit of a wildman they called “Jagged”, the final man proclaimed himself
a champion of flyers whose cry of “Ole” could be heard throughout the kingdoms for all to hear.
three men paired together and faced off against F.I.S.T. on July 30th in the Great Hall of Reading, PA and were
unmercifully beaten until the town's folk cried in their seats (especially the children.) At first,
the distant travelers tried Bonettis Defense
expecting F.I.S.T. to use Capo Ferro, but were unsuccessful. Next the weary travelers tried using Thibault to cancel
F.I.S.T. Capo Ferro, however, having not studied Agrippa in their foreign lands they quickly realized that all their
wildness, magic and accomplishments were no match for the three men who wanted nothing more than to beat them - simply
for the sake of destroying the hopes of the CHIKARMY rallied 'round them.
Alright, enough with the fairy tales and on to some more pressing matters at hand. By this, of course, I mean
the 12 Large: Summit. Perhaps I underestimated Sara Del Ray, perhaps I was too enamored of her feminine charms.
case was, as it stands I am in the hole with one match down and zero points. So, on July 31st, when I meet the vile,
venomous snake in Philadelphia I will have to take any means necessary to ensure I come away with two points.
Knowing myself, whom I happen to know fairly well, the black and white line of “rules” may have to be blurred a
little. The way I see it, Ophidian’s cohorts are slowly dwindling, while F.I.S.T. remains loyal and strong. How does
a snake watch his own back? He can’t, he should, but can’t. While feelings of shame or regret or sorrow have long
since been purged from my being, but if they had not, what will happen to Ophidian in Philly might ignite them in
a deep manner.
And the Midwest voyage proved to get the best of me, I admit. A loss to Sara Del Rey, a conspicuous loss to
Greg Iron, and a team effort loss to The Colony and Mike Quackenbush. However I will not go gently into that
good night, as Mr. Thomas would advise, instead I will use those lossess to fuel my insecurities and bring forth
a wrath upon those who stand before me at "Chikarasaurus Rex: King of Sequel" like a high school bully
standing in an insufferable lunch line. Team 3.Ole, Ophidian - come C-Rex time you will remember my name,
but more importantly, all will remember what happens when someone stands in my way.
