TRANSPORTATION:
If you plan on flying to King of Trios 2012 consider booking in/out of Lehigh Valley International Airport
(formerly ABE,) which is 12 miles from The Palmer Center. Several rental car agencies operate there, or a cab ride from there averages
around $22.00.
HOTEL:
The Easton area has numerous hotels and motels all just a short distance from The Palmer Center. You can book
inexpensive rooms using online sites like hotels.com, or if you feel
lucky, hotwire.com. We don't recommend one over another, nor do we
have any sweet group-rate type deals in place.
PARKING:
The Palmer Center has ample free parking all around the facility. Just don't "park in" the ring truck, please. We use that when loads
of dudes want to go to Starbucks at the same time.
ADMISSION:
We tend to open the doors to the general public about 30 minutes prior to belltime. For events like this, you can expect to see a line
forming even before that, even in the worst weather. Those holding an official CHIKARMY membership card will be allowed in
15 minutes prior to the "official" opening of the doors. It will be possible to buy tickets at the door the day of the event(s), at no
extra charge.
FOOD:
The Palmer Center has a concession stand open during the events with basic food and drink items. Several fast food restaurants are
located a short distance away.
